Who May Use Blixy
Blixy is offered by an individual indie developer. You must be old enough to install apps under the laws of your country. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you must have your parent or guardian's permission.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Blixy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Blixy is a custom keyboard application for iOS devices that allows users to personalize their typing experience with custom themes and layouts. The app operates entirely on your device and does not require internet connectivity for basic functionality.
License
Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use Blixy on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Blixy, you agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the app
- Not use the app to transmit harmful or malicious content
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain the security of your device
Privacy and Data

Intellectual Property
Blixy and all associated content, including but not limited to themes, designs, and software, are owned by Blixy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Apple EULA
To the extent required, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of Blixy, and Apple is a third‑party beneficiary of these terms. Apple has no obligations to provide support or warranty for Blixy.
App Store Compliance
Blixy is distributed through the Apple App Store and must comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines. By using Blixy, you also agree to Apple's terms and conditions for App Store usage.
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain consistent service, Blixy's availability may be affected by:
- iOS system updates and compatibility
- App Store policies and requirements
- Device-specific limitations
- Technical issues beyond our control
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blixy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for Blixy.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Blixy developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these terms.
Termination
You may stop using Blixy at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
